Redstone Corporate Center Two was acquired in 2006. Unico now manages both Redstone Corporate Center One and Two in the Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace suburbs, located north of Seattle, for Transwestern Investment Company. Redstone Corporate Center Two was built in 1999 and continues to be a first class office location in Mountlake Terrace.
