US Bank Plaza was developed in 1978 as the headquarters of West One Bank, which US Bank acquired in 1996. Located in the center of downtown Boise, the US Bank Plaza remains the tallest building in Idaho. It is situated within The Grove, the geographical and cultural center of Boise.
US Bank Plaza features an all marble and tile lobby with high vaulted ceilings. The area is well landscaped with manicured lawns and colorful flowerbeds. The fountain accents The Grove courtyard adjacent to the building on the plaza. The building lobby was completely renovated in 2008.
In 2010, US Bank Plaza received the LEED®-EB Gold certification.
The State Capitol, Supreme Court and Law Library are three blocks to the northeast. Freeway access is ideal with the Connector freeway and I-84 Business Loop to West Boise.
