The Wieden + Kennedy Building is located in Portland’s Pearl District and occupies a full city block at 13th Avenue between NW Davis and NW Everett Streets. This building is home to a premier advertising firm, Wieden + Kennedy.

Built in 1908 for The Fuller Paint Co., it was later converted into a warehouse in 1946. In 1999, the building was renovated and now features a raised-floor air system instead of overhead ducts above a dropped ceiling. It earned an Energy Efficiency BEST award from the City of Portland in 2000.

Portland–based Wieden + Kennedy chose the notable building as its world headquarters in 2009. The updated structure now includes a 400-seat auditorium, editing studios, a roof terrace, conference spaces, a media presentation room, gymnasium, fitness center, and operable windows. The Wieden + Kennedy building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a result of the modernization work in 2009.

The 222,000 square foot structure is also home to Portland Institute for Contemporary Art (PICA), Design Within Reach, Caldera, Joint, Babette, and Bluehour restaurant, one of Portland’s premier restaurants.
