U.S. Bancorp Tower is a distinctive landmark that stands tall in the Portland skyline. The largest Class A building in the city, the Tower is known for its distinctive architecture and as a premier location for Northwest business.

The plaza was built in 1973, with the Tower and garage to follow 10 years later. The Tower's superb construction materials and top-of-the-line HVAC systems make it a solid, energy-efficient building. It was originally built as Oregon headquarters for US Bank, which remains as the largest tenant in the building.
