Comprised of two office towers sharing a below-grade mechanical plant in the Denver Tech Center, Harlequin Plaza demonstrates Unico’s agile capacity for deploying solar on multi-tenant commercial buildings without exposing the property or tenants to risk. Unico’s innovative model for Harlequin Plaza’s Power Purchase Agreement realized value for the property while also providing clean, renewable energy. Moreover, Unico was able to create contract language that makes selling the property easier and establishes the installed solar arrays as a benefit for future property owners.
