SEATTLE (January 13, 2021) — Partners Group, the global private markets investment manager, on behalf of its clients, and private equity real estate investment firm Unico Properties LLC, a subsidiary of Unico Investment Group LLC, celebrated a construction milestone with the topping out of Cascadian, their 211,066-square-foot creative office / life science development in South Lake Union’s historic Cascade neighborhood. With Sellen, the project’s general contractor, Partners Group and Unico marked Cascadian’s continued progress with the placing of the final beam on their nine-story, Class-A development. Expected to deliver in the summer of 2021, Cascadian has been certified Salmon-Safe and is pre-certified LEED® Platinum (Core + Shell). Perkins + Will serves as the architect.
