Originally known as Wells Fargo Plaza until 2016, this 25-story Class A building is located in the heart of the Tacoma CBD, boasting panoramic views of Commencement Bay, Mt. Rainier and both the Olympics and Cascade Mountains. Recent renovations to the exterior façade and plaza courtyard have brought outdoor seating to enjoy one of the building’s amenities, an onsite coffee shop and deli.
