Property Overview
1430 Wynkoop is located in LoDo Denver known as “Warehouse Row,” and is one of the oldest remaining warehouses. The Property was converted to a modern office building in the early 2000s with the interiors being renovated to Class-A level office space featuring exposed brick and timber, new finishes, and upgraded common areas. The four-story brick and stone office building is listed as a contributing structure to the Lower Downtown National Register Historic District; the Property was originally constructed in 1890 and is an excellent example of late 19th century/early 20th century commercial warehouse construction.
