The Boston Building is an eleven-story office building constructed in 1909 with a concrete and steel structure, a brick façade, and a generous window line providing scenic views of the downtown SLC skyline and the Wasatch Mountains. It underwent a complete repositioning from 2009 to 2012, during which there were significant renovations done including the replacement of the HVAC system, fire sprinklers, elevators, plumbing, and power. Common areas and tenant spaces were also refurbished.
