Sixth+Main, previously named Congress Center, consists of a 23-story LEED-EB Gold high-rise office tower in downtown Portland. Constructed in 1980, Sixth+Main was designed by Skidmore, Ownings, & Merrill with reflective dark glass that contrasts with the lighter colored architecture common in Portland’s architectural history.
