Property Overview
With a Beaux Arts façade and art deco interiors, The Cobb Building is a one-of-a-kind Seattle icon, and also on the National Register of Historic Places. Designed by architectural firm Howell & Stokes in 1909 as part of Seattle’s Metropolitan Tract, The Cobb was the west coast’s first building designed for physicians and dentists and its rooftop garden became a major tourist attraction for locals and visitors alike. Today, The Cobb is a modern and stylish apartment building.
