Viewpoint Building, previously named World Trade Center North, is a 5-story mid-rise office building located in the Waterfront submarket of Downtown Seattle, Washington. Constructed on top of a multi-level 1,700-stall parking garage and developed in 2000 by Wright Runstad & Company, the Property was the third and final building constructed in the World Trade Center Complex. The Property offers tenants efficient floor plates, open-concept spaces with 13’+ slab-to-slab exposed ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows providing an abundance of natural light, unobstructed views of the Puget Sound and Mount Rainier, and creative/modern finishes that appeal to technology oriented tenants.
